Pasquale’s Glorious Flatbread
Our story starts in Italy, where bread brings joy to everyday life and is a big part of Pasquale’s childhood memories. Pasquale followed his dreams and opened Via Oliveto Bakery in Toronto in 1988 and started supplying some of the top hotels and restaurants in Toronto with artisan breads.
Pasquale wanted to expand his customer base to include the retail market and make the flat bread available to everyone. Pasquale’s passion for artisan baking has inspired his two sons Adriano and Patrick to join him in daily production in the family bakery.
Our customers want natural and wholesome ingredients and we skillfully unite those ingredients with years of experience, passion and love to produce Pasquale’s Glorious flat bread.
